If you is to modifies a car to has MUGEN powder, you is to spend many moneys to modifies the car. but after you is modifies your car, you is realise your car cannot move because you is not put on the tires in the car. And you is no money left to buy the tires. So your car is not moves. Are it SMART or STUPID?
