I is sicks :(

I has been very busy, boss as normals sends me heres and theres. But now I is so sicks I cannot be sends heres and theres. Yesterday I goes to see doctor, and I tells him I have to travel todays and he advises against it! So I has be delays my overseas trip. My throat is so sores, my head is so aches, my joints is so pains. I cannot works at all. :(
