Why is we donts like our bosses?

we is to thoughts when we is still young, we receive orders from those who is more old than us. we receive orders from our parents, from our teachers, from our lecturers, and last of all, from our bosses.It is not because we receive orders thats why is we to donts like them. it is not because their orders is bad and wrong thats why is we to donts like them. i thinks myself, it is because they thinks they is always not wrongs and when they dos and makes wrong decision, they is blaming us. how can like that one? really think i is to have no brains and just work without any feelings meh?no matter wherever we goes, wherever companies we joins, problems is no change, I is not said that people cants makes mistake, but should say sorry ma. I if wonder can I join a companies where the bosses always says sorry, and I is feels happy, everybody are happy.
